(1)In section 1 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 (entitlement), in subsection (2)—
(a)in paragraph (b), the final “and” is repealed;
(b)at the end there is inserted “and
(d)his capital does not exceed a prescribed amount”.
(2)In section 19 of that Act (regulations and orders), in subsection (2), before paragraph (a) there is inserted—
“(za)section 1(2)(d),”.
