(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)for “issuing” substitute “a regulator issues”, and
(b)for “Authority”, in both places, substitute “regulator”.
(3)In subsections (2) to (4) and (5) (in both places), for “Authority” substitute “regulator”.
(4)In subsection (6), for “The Authority” substitute “A regulator”.
