In Part 5 of Schedule 1 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (property earmarked as terrorist property), in paragraph 16(6)—

(a)

for “Financial Services Authority under” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England under or by virtue of ”, and

(b)

omit “of authority”.
