87(1)The Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows.
(2)In Part 2 of Schedule 3A (supervisory authorities), in paragraph 4(1)—
(a)for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)the Financial Conduct Authority;”, and
(b)after paragraph (e) insert—
“(ea)the Prudential Regulation Authority;”.
(3)In Schedule 6 (financial information), in paragraph 6(1)(a), for “Part 4” substitute “Part 4A”.
