Schedule 2 (specified persons and descriptions of disclosure for the purposes of section 948) is amended as follows.

In Part 1, in section (A) (United Kingdom), for paragraph 5 substitute—

(a)

in paragraph 11, for “paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000” substitute “ section 84 of the Financial Services Act 2012 ”,

(b)

in paragraph 12, for “section 15 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000” substitute “ section 69 of the Financial Services Act 2012 ”,

(c)

in paragraph 37, for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority ”,

(d)

in paragraph 49, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)
