(1)

Section 461 (permitted disclosure of information obtained under compulsory powers) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3), for paragraph (e) and the “or” following it, substitute—

the Financial Conduct Authority,

(ea)

the Prudential Regulation Authority, or”.

(3)

In subsection (4)(g), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority ”.
