In Part 2 of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005 (exchange of information: enforcement and regulatory bodies)—

(a)

omit the entry “The Financial Services Authority”, and

(b)

at the appropriate place in each case insert— “ The Financial Conduct Authority ”; “ The Prudential Regulation Authority ”.
