Schedule 2 (amendment of provisions about revenue support grant) has effect.

The amendments made by Schedule 2 have effect in relation to the financial year beginning with 1 April 2013 and subsequent financial years.

But the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument amend subsection (2) by substituting a later financial year.
