FA 2011 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 73(2) of Schedule 19 (bank levy: meaning of “excluded entity”), for “meaning given by section 431(2) of ICTA” substitute “ meanings given by sections 65 and 139 of FA 2012 respectively ”.
