http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/13/section/3/2012-07-17Supply and Appropriation (Main Estimates) Act 2012An Act to authorise the use of resources for the year ending with 31 March 2013; to authorise both the issue of sums out of the Consolidated Fund and the application of income for that year; and to appropriate the supply authorised for that year by this Act and by the Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Act 2012.texttext/xmlenStatute Law Database2012-08-032012-07-17 31The aggregate of the following (which is £520,757,960,000) is appropriated for the year ending with 31 March 2013 in accordance with subsections (2) to (4)—athe amount of resources the use of which for that year is authorised by section 1(1) of the Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Act 2012; andbthe amount of resources the use of which for that year is authorised by section 1(1).2The amount of resources which is —aset out in each of the Scheduled Estimates, andbidentified in that Estimate as a net amount authorised subject to a particular Departmental Expenditure Limit,is appropriated by this Act for use, for current or for capital purposes (according to how it is identified in the Estimate), in respect of any relevant DEL matter.3The amount of resources which is—aset out in each of the Scheduled Estimates, andbidentified in that Estimate as a net amount of Annually Managed Expenditure,is appropriated by this Act for use, for current or for capital purposes (according to how it is identified in the Estimate), in respect of any relevant AME matter.4The amount of resources which is—aset out in each of the Scheduled Estimates, andbidentified in that Estimate as a net amount of Non-Budget Voted Expenditure,is appropriated by this Act for use, for current or for capital purposes (according to how it is identified in the Estimate), in respect of any relevant NBVE matter.5Section 5(4) applies (instead of subsections (2) to (4)) to any amount of resources set out in a Scheduled Estimate if it is identified in that Estimate as representing the amount of an estimated surplus.
