35 (1) Section 261 (length of discretionary custodial sentences: general provision) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) before “225” insert “ 224A, ”, and

(b) before “219(2)” insert “ 218A, ”.

(3) In subsection (3), for “220, 222” substitute “ 219A, 221A ”.
