32 (1) Section 264 (consecutive terms) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit subsection (1)(c) and the “and” preceding it.

(3) In subsection (6) omit—

(a) paragraph (a)(iii) and the “and” preceding it;

(b) paragraph (b).
