8In Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (bodies etc. which are “public authorities” for the purposes of the Act), in Part 6, omit the entry relating to the Football Licensing Authority and insert at the appropriate place—
“The Sports Grounds Safety Authority.”
