Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 U.K.

132 U.K. In section 39(6) of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 (interpretation)—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
