Paragraph 93 of Schedule 4 (adaptation of enactments etc) is amended as follows.

Omit, in each place, “(within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.

In sub-paragraph (1), omit “(within the meaning of the Act)”.

After sub-paragraph (4) insert—

In this paragraph “universal service provider” and “universal postal service” have the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011.
