106 U.K. In section 120(3) (compulsory acquisition: exclusion of special parliamentary procedure), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “statutory undertakers”—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
