Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 U.K.

33 U.K. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 (membership of Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority), for sub-paragraph (3) substitute—

“(3) At least one of the members of the IPSA must be a person who is eligible for appointment as a statutory auditor by virtue of Chapter 2 of Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006.”
