SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Office for Budget Responsibility

Period of appointment and re-appointment U.K.

2 (1) An appointment under paragraph 1(1)(a) or (b) is to be for a period of 5 years (but see paragraph 3(5)). U.K.

(2) An appointment under paragraph 1(1)(c) is to be for a period of no more than 5 years.

(3) A person may not be appointed under paragraph 1 more than twice.
