351 Connected person: controlled institution E+W

For the purposes of sections 118(2)(g), 157(1)(a), 188(1)(d), 200(1)(d) [F1 , 249(2)(d) and 280B(3)(d)], a person controls an institution if the person is able to secure that the affairs of the institution are conducted in accordance with the person's wishes.
