For the purposes of sections 118(2)(g), 157(1)(a), 188(1)(d), 200(1)(d) F1, 249(2)(d) and 280B(3)(d), a person controls an institution if the person is able to secure that the affairs of the institution are conducted in accordance with the person's wishes.
