117 In Schedule 4, in—

(a) paragraph 4(7) and

(b) paragraph 8(6),

for ““charity trustee” has the same meaning as in the Charities Act 1993 (c. 10)” substitute ““charity trustee” has the same meaning as in the Charities Act 2011”.
