SCHEDULE 3 U.K.Appeals against convictions

2 U.K.An appeal under this Schedule is to be made—

(a) in the case of a conviction on indictment in England and Wales or Northern Ireland, to the Court of Appeal;

(b) in the case of a conviction on indictment [F1 or summary conviction] in Scotland, to the High Court of Justiciary;

(c) in the case of a summary conviction in England and Wales, to the Crown Court; [F2 or]

[F3 (ca) in the case of a summary conviction in Scotland, to the Sheriff Appeal Court; or]

(d) in the case of a summary conviction in Northern Ireland, to the county court.
