Amendments to Schedule 9 to ASCLA 2009

Paragraph 3 (the Chief Regulator) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (6), for “Chief Regulator” substitute “ the chief executive of Ofqual (whether before or after the relevant commencement date) ”.

After sub-paragraph (6) insert—

“(7)

The relevant commencement date” means the date on which Schedule 7 to the Education Act 2011 comes fully into force.”
