9 In section 12 (deduction of fees from salaries, etc)—

(a) in subsection (1)(b), omit “relevant”;

(b) in subsection (3), in paragraphs (b) and (c), omit “relevant”;

(c) in subsection (4), omit the definition of “relevant Council”.
