In Schedule 17 to the Equality Act 2010 (disabled pupils: enforcement), in paragraph 13(4) (admissions) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

Academy arrangements (as defined in section 1 of the Academies Act 2010) between the responsible body for an Academy and the Secretary of State,”.
