after “selective school” insert “ and is to be converted into an Academy school ”;

(b)

for “section 1(6)(c)” substitute “ section 1A(1)(c) ”;

(c)

for “a school” substitute “ an educational institution ”.

at the beginning insert “ If the Academy is an Academy school, ”;

for “the Academy” substitute “ it ”.
