EA 2005 is amended as follows.

In section 5 (duty to inspect certain schools at prescribed intervals), in subsection (2), for paragraph (d) substitute—

Academy schools,

alternative provision Academies,”.

In section 113 (information about the school workforce: introductory), in subsection (2)(c), after “institution” insert “ or a 16 to 19 Academy ”.
