LSA 2000 is amended as follows.

In section 110 (secondary education), in subsection (5), for “51(3A)” substitute “ 16A(2) ”.

In section 143 (further education sector: designated institutions), in subsection (6)(b), for “section 29” substitute “ any of sections 29 to 29C ”.
