SCHEDULE 23 The London Environment Strategy: minor and consequential amendments of the Greater London Authority Act 1999

General

2 (1) Section 41 (general duties of the Mayor in relation to his strategies) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) the London Environment Strategy,”, and

(b) omit paragraphs (d) to (g).

(3) Omit subsection (11).
