Orders granting development consent

68 (1) Amend section 147 (Green Belt land) as follows.

(2) In subsection (2) (decision-maker’s duty to notify) for “decision-maker” substitute “Secretary of State”.

(3) Omit subsection (3) (cases where Secretary of State not decision-maker).
