86Publication of notices and variations
(1)
Where the F1OGA gives a notice under subsection (11) of section 82 or subsection (2) of section 84, the F1OGA may—
(a)
publish the notice or any part of it;
(b)
publish a summary of the effect of the notice or any part of it.
(2)
Where the F1OGA varies a notice in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (2) of section 85, the F1OGA may—
(a)
publish the variation;
(b)
publish the notice, or any part of it, as varied;
(c)
publish a summary of the effect of the variation.
