SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Transitional provisions and savings

Saving for amendments made by virtue of section 6 of the Civil List Act 1972 U.K.

8 (1) Despite the repeal by this Act of section 6 of the Civil List Act 1972 (power by order to increase financial provisions), the amendments of the retained provisions made by virtue of that section continue to have effect. U.K.

(2) The “retained provisions” are section 5 of the Civil List Act 1837 and section 3 of the Civil List Act 1952.
