In Schedule 1 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (constitution etc of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs), in paragraph 1—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1), omit the words after “appropriate”, and

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (2).
