117Temporary event notice: time for objection to notice

In section 104(3) of the Licensing Act 2003 (objection to temporary event notice by police), for “second” substitute “third”.
(2)
The amendment made by this section applies in relation to temporary event notices that are given on or after the commencement of this section.
