280 In section 12 (complaints, matters and persons to which Part 2 applies), in subsection (7)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) he is a civilian employee of a police force;”;

(b) in paragraph (b), for “a police authority” substitute “the Common Council of the City of London”.
