5 U.K. The modification set out in the Table on the limit set on the resources applicable as non-operating appropriations in aid in respect of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills Estimate comprises—

(a) a reduction of the limit of £104,060,000, and

(b) an increase of the limit £1,324,226,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions from the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (see also Note 13).
