33 (1) Section 25 (powers to require works for maintaining the flow of watercourse) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit “Subject to section 26 below”, and

(b) omit “or local authority”.

(3) Omit subsection (2).

(4) In subsections (6)(a), (7) and (8) omit “or local authority”.
