16 U.K. In paragraph 7(4)(c) of Schedule 1 for “Her Majesty's Home Civil Service” substitute “ the civil service (excluding Her Majesty's diplomatic service) within the meaning of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 (see section 1(4) of that Act) ”.
