SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Consequential amendments

Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15) U.K.

7 U.K. The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 is amended as follows.

8 U.K. In section 61(1) (offences in respect of which investigatory powers apply) for paragraph (h) substitute—

“(h) any offence under the Bribery Act 2010.”

9 U.K. In section 76(3) (financial reporting orders: making) for paragraphs (d) to (f) substitute—

“(da) an offence under any of the following provisions of the Bribery Act 2010—

• section 1 (offences of bribing another person),

• section 2 (offences relating to being bribed),

• section 6 (bribery of foreign public officials),”.

10 U.K. In section 77(3) (financial reporting orders: making in Scotland) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(c) an offence under section 1, 2 or 6 of the Bribery Act 2010.”
