92 E+W+S The Education and Inspections Act 2006 is amended as follows.

93 E+W+S In section 21(5) (proposals under section 19: procedure) for “section 27 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c. 65) (exception for single-sex establishments turning co-educational)” substitute “ paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 11 to the Equality Act 2010 (single-sex schools turning co-educational) ”.
