33 (1) Section 126 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (acts which are both unfair dismissal and discrimination) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) the Equality Act 2010.”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “any one of those Acts or Regulations” substitute “ either of those Acts ”, and

(b) for “any other of them” substitute “ the other ”.]
