Types of mandatory conditions U.K.

1 U.K. After section 19(3) of the Licensing Act 2003 (c. 17) (mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol) insert—

“(4) The other conditions are any conditions specified in an order under section 19A and applicable to the premises licence.”
