Part 1 U.K. Interpretation

1 U.K. In this Schedule—

• “the commencement date” means the date on which section 65 comes into force;

• “the CPA” means the Coast Protection Act 1949 (c. 74);

• “FEPA” means the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (c. 48).
