The Coast Protection Act 1949 E+W

1 (1) The Coast Protection Act 1949 (c. 74) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit Part 2 (provisions for safety of navigation).

(3) In section 49(1) (interpretation), in the definitions of “sea” and “seashore”, for “subsections (2) and (2A)” substitute “ subsection (2) ”.
