[F5A2IATransfer of copyright relating to technical education qualificationsE+W+S

(1)This section applies where a technical education qualification is approved under section [F6A2D3].

(2)The right or interest in any copyright in a relevant course document is, by virtue of this section, transferred from the person to the [F7Secretary of State] at the time the approval is given.

(3)The [F7Secretary of State] may assign to another person, or grant a licence to another person in respect of, any right or interest transferred to the Institute by virtue of this section.

(4)In this section “relevant course document” means a document in relation to which the [F7Secretary of State] has made a determination under section [F8A2D3(4)(a)].]]
