This section applies where a technical education qualification is approved under section F3A2D3.

The right or interest in any copyright in a relevant course document is, by virtue of this section, transferred from the person to the F4Secretary of State at the time the approval is given.

The F4Secretary of State may assign to another person, or grant a licence to another person in respect of, any right or interest transferred to the Institute by virtue of this section.

In this section “relevant course document” means a document in relation to which the F4Secretary of State has made a determination under section F5A2D3(4)(a).
