In section 5(3) of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (no statutory tenancy where landlord's interest belongs to Crown or to local authority, etc), after paragraph (bb) insert—
bbza
an economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009;
bbzb
a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act;
