Nothing in this Act shall affect the House of Lords.
(2)
But that is subject to—
(a)
section 15(5),
(b)
paragraphs 5(3) and (4), 16(2), 22(1), 24(2)(b) and 25(1) of Schedule 1, and
(c)
paragraphs 4(2) and 8(1) of Schedule 2.
