8 (1) The penalty notice must (as well as stating the amount of the penalty) include information as to— U.K.

(a) the reasons for imposing the penalty,

(b) the period before the end of which the penalty is to be paid,

(c) how the penalty may be paid,

(d) the procedure and time limit for appealing,

(e) the effect of paragraph 12, and

(f) any other matter specified by the IPSA.
