47E+WIn section 562(2)(b) of the Education Act 1996 (Act not to apply to persons detained under order of a court), for “community order under section 177 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003” substitute “ youth rehabilitation order under section 1 of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 ”.
